Collection
Wildlife sightings
Every live wild animal reported here, native or not. Invasive animals are included and marked, so this collection is the whole picture of what people see alive.
No wildlife sightings have been filed yet. Seen a wild animal alive? Yours could be the first.
What it holds
What counts
Every report of an animal seen alive: those filed as wildlife sightings, and those filed on the invasive page. A record whose species TaiCOL tags invasive is marked, whichever page it came from.
Where else it appears
A live invasive animal is in this collection and in the invasive one. Animals found dead or injured are in roadkill instead.
Locations
The location of a species protected by law or rated sensitive is blurred before it is published, here as everywhere on the site. So is the location of a record nobody has identified yet.
